Ok, so you've invited some friends over and you want to make something a little classy. Before you start buying filet mignon or turkeys to roast, how about considering serving something vegetarian? These red peppers are stuffed with quinoa, feta cheese and chickpeas - a hearty vegetarian meal with a fancy twist!
